Which regions do you ship materials kits to?
We currently ship to Hong Kong and Taiwan. HK: 3–5 business days. TW: 7–10 business days.
When can I watch the video after purchase?
Access is granted immediately after payment. Head to "My Courses" to start watching. Access lasts 2 years.
What if my materials kit is damaged or incomplete?
Please email hello@craftncalm.com with photos within 48 hours of receiving your kit. We'll replace or refund promptly.
Can I transfer my course to a friend?
Courses are tied to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred. For gifting, contact us to arrange a gift code.
